Shipping & Returns

All our items are made to order and customised for each customer. For this reason, the statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off) does not apply to our products (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(c); implemented in Spain in RDL 1/2007, art. 103(c)). Accordingly, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on made-to-order items. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event a product is faulty or not as described. If you believe your item is defective or non-conforming, please contact us at stevemono@stevemono.com within a reasonable time so we can assist under the applicable legal guarantees.

Craftsmanship. All our products are handmade; minor variations are normal. Depending on the tanning process, small marks or wrinkles may appear on leather—this is a natural characteristic, not a defect. / Duties & Taxes (non-EU shipments). Each destination has its own customs rules. Import duties, taxes and clearance fees are payable by the customer and are not refundable by us if an order is returned. You may wish to check with your local customs authority about any potential reclaim. / Exceptionally Accepted Returns (by prior authorization only). If we exceptionally agree in writing to accept a return (this is not the statutory right of withdrawal), customers are responsible for all return shipping/handling costs. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, unworn, in original condition, and include the original box and dust bag. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the item. / Shipping & Addresses. We ship to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost/missing orders due to an incorrect address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Shipments returned to us as undeliverable may incur additional reshipping fees. / Contact.
